| 摘 要： | 由于集成电路芯片生产过程中使用的危险化学品较多,这些化学品在使用、管理和运输过程中均存在一定的风险,针对该项目的环境特点和工程特点,论述了在集成电路芯片生产过程中可能产生的环境风险,分析其存在突发事故的可能性及隐患,分析其可能造成的危害及应采取的预防措施.

| Abstract: | In the production of IC ships,comparetively more haiardous chemicals are used.However,the risk exists in the use,control and conveyance of dangerous chemicals.Based on the emironment and engineering characters of the project,this paper discussed probable environment risk,analyzed the probability and hidden trouble of accident and the harm that may result in and put forward the preventive measure. |
