Optimal Practical Technique Assessment Model for Wastewater Treatment and Its Application

In this paper, on the basis of coordination between environment, economy and technology, an optimal practical technique assessment model for wastewater treatment was set up by means of hierachy analysis. Then, applying in optimal selection of plating chromium wastewater treating technique, in order to show that the model was rational and reliable.
