| Abstract: | In accordance With the conditions of our country and the international customary practices, the Chinese Ministry of Construction issued the new calculation principles of bill of quantities in July, 2003, which symbolizes a radical progress in our construction cost magagement mode. This article introduces the essential differences between the principles and the mode of quota calculation and the problems raised since the new principles were applied. |
