| Abstract: | The laws and regulations of labour protection is an important component part of the national laws and regulations, and it is a powerful means to do labour protection well. Thelaws and regulations' specific property, effect and present construction are discussed in thisarticle, the relevant proposal is offered on the laws and regulations' construction of labourprotection. The purpose is to have the related legislation circles and the workers of thelabour protection pay attention to propel the laws and regulations' construction of labourprotection forward along with the development of the market economy. |
