贵州高原水库百花湖富营养化特征分析

摘    要:为了解贵州高原水库百花湖的富营养化特征,于2011年5月(平水期)、8月(丰水期)、11月(枯水期)对水体富营养化特征的主要指标及环境因子进行采样调查与分析。结果表明:2011年百花湖水库呈富营养型(TSI M>50)3个时期富营养化状态指数表现为丰水期>枯水期>平水期。百花湖水库的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和Chl-a表底层浓度的平均值分别为1.48~1.61 mg/L、0.04~0.07 mg/L、20.27~10.41 mg/m3;透明度(SD)为0.60~1.80 m。水体中Chl-a浓度与TN、TP浓度呈负相关和极不明显的关系,与NO-+-2-N、NH4-N浓度呈极显著负相关,与NO 3-N呈负相关,与水温呈正相关,与pH和DO呈极显著的正相关。

Abstract:In order to identify the eutrophication characteristics of Baihuahu Reservoir in the Guizhou Plateau,we carried out three samplings to study on main indicators and environmental factors of eutrophication characteristics in May(normal water period),August(high water period) and November(low water period) 2011.The results showed as follows:The Baihua Reservoir was a eutrophic system in 2011,The eutrophication index (TSIM) according to high water period low water period and normal water period in three periods; The contents of total nitrogen (TN),total phosphorus (TP),transparency (SD) and Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) were 1.48-1.61 mg/L,0.04-0.07 mg/L,0.6-1.8 m,20.27-10.41 mg/m3 respectively.The correlations between Chl-a and TN,TP showed negative correlation or insignificant correlation,while Chl-a positively correlated with pH and dissolved oxygen (DO),then Chl-a negatively correlated with NO-3-N,especially with NO-2-N and NH4+-N.
