摘    要:通过对水泥行业各不利因素进行分析,提出节能生产工艺、脱硝控制、生态保护、降噪等方法和措施。通过在环境影响评价中提出以上要求措施,以环境监理和验收作为落实手段,在建设期将各类环保措施落实到位,以期在新建水泥行业实现先期预防、清洁生产的结果。

Abstract:In this paper,the restrictive factors in the cement industry are analyzed,and methods and measures are therefore proposed for energy-saving process,NOx removal control,ecological protection and noise reduction.By proposal of the above required measures in environmental impact assessment and consideration of environmental supervision and check and acceptance as implementation means,various measures for environmental protection should be put in place during the construction period,so early prevention and cleaner production would be realized in the new-built cement industry.
