深圳生态市建设规划框架研究

开展生态市建设规划是加强我国城市生态环境管理和促进城市可持续发展的重要工作。与国内其它城市相比,深圳市具有雄厚的经济基础、较高的环保意识和优越的地理位置等优势。结合深圳生态市建设规划,提出建设国际化、高水平、精品生态市的规划目标并分解到初级、中级和高级三个规划建设阶段,在此基础上研究制定生态深圳“五个三”规划研究体系和规划思路以及21项重点研究内容,以此作为生态深圳建设规划研究框架。

Planning Framework of Eco-city Construction for Shenzhen

Eco-city construction planning is important to strengthen urban environment management and promote sustainable development. Compared to other domestic cities, Shenzhen enjoys relative advantages of solid economic base, higher environment involvements and superior geographic location. However, a large amount of ecological and environmental problems were accumulated in Shenzhen with an unconventionally rapid urban growth during past 20 years, which threatened ecological supporting of sustainable development. A general planning objective was proposed to build Shenzhen into an international, high-level and elite city, with three phases of the primary, intermediate and advanced planning level regarding eco-city planning, based on which a five-three planning system and 21 task components were established as framework of eco-Shenzhen construction planning.
