Cooking fume have been listed as a major source of atmospheric pollution,because of its serious effects on air condition and the residential environment,so that cooking fume pollution testing becomes very important.The treatment and discharging standard of cooking fume were discussed here,meanwhile,some experiments on feasibility of formaldehyde detecting in the fume were taken.
