| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代初,联合国大学提出"零排放"概念,将可持续发展理论进一步深化.本文在研究循环经济、"零排放"农业、"零排放"工业的基础上,对"零排放"概念进行扩展,首次提出"零排放"生态城市模式的构想,这是一种有利于环境、资源与经济协调发展的绿色生活、工作、生产和消费方式.

| Abstract: | Since the conception of zero emission was set up in the early 1990s, the theory of sustainable development was endued with new goal and challenge. This paper brings out a new city model, the zero emission ecological city model, based on the study of circular economy, agriculture based zero emission and industry based zero emission, and suggests the zero emission model is a sustainable development manner for life, work, production and consumption, which can coordinate environment, resource and economy. |
