摘    要:目的 : 了解电焊工生物膜损伤状况 . 方法 : 某汽车制造厂 30名电焊工为调查对象 , 30名 高校师生为对照 . 亚硝酸盐形成法测定 SOD, 硫代巴比妥显色法测定 LPO. 结果 : 电焊工血清 SOD值低于对照组 ( P<0.01) ; 血清 LPO值高于对照 ( P<0.01) ; 不同工龄间 SOD、 LPO值差异 无统计学意义 ( P<0.05) . 结论 : 电焊工体内脂质过氧化水平增强 , 抗氧化能力减弱 , 生物 膜受到损伤 .

Abstract:Purpose: test the damage situation of biomembrace of electric welders. Method used: 30 electric welders were chosen as tested examples and 30 college teachers and students were control. SOD were tested with nitrite forming method, LPO were tested with thio-barbitone display method. Results: SOD values contented in serum of electric welders are lower than that in the control; LPO value in serum of electric welders are higher than that in the control; there is no difference in ages. Conclusion: lipid peroxide level is higher, antioxidization is lower, and biomembrace were damaged in electric welder body.
