| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了煤炭开发对我国产煤地区生态环境影响的特征,分析了煤炭开发项目生态环境影响评价现状及存在的问题,就生态环境影响评价的时段、范围以及内容和方法进行讨论,提出了应用两期卫星遥感信息进行生态系统演替的动态分析和进一步完善煤矿生态评价、生态恢复以及综合整治的对策.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the impact of coal exploitation on the ecologic environment in the related area in our country are introduced, the present situation and the problem of the impact assessment are annualized, the time period, scope, items and technique of the assessment are discussed and a strategy to use remote sensing information got in two different times to make as evolutionary to improve the assessment and to carry out the comprehensive restore is put forward. |
