建立黔江区城市河流水污染治理长效机制的研究

为探讨黔江河水污染治理长效机制,利用2014年8月至2015年12月黔江河专项监测报告的数据,分析黔江河水质污染现状及其成因,黔江河闸桥至下坝断面水质污染严重,主要与城市建成区功能区布局和居民生产生活有较大关系,生活污水直排、部分污染物沉淀或被河床截留为主要原因.根据黔江河水质现状、污染成因,提出通过应急治理、水质改善和建立长效治理机制等三个阶段治理黔江河水污染,为有效的改善黔江河的水域环境提供可借鉴的科学依据.

Discussion on Establishing Long-term Mechanismof Water Pollution Control in Qianjiang River

Based on the data of special monitoring report of Qianjiang River from August 2014 to December 2015, this study analyzed the present situation and causes of water pollution in Qianjiang River.The water quality of Qianjiang River from Gate Bridge to Xiaba Dam section is seriously polluted, which is mainly related to the layout of functional zones of urban built-up area, and producing and living activity of residents.Direct discharge of domestic sewage, precipitation or interception of the pollutant in river bed, are main resources of the pollution.Based on the present situation of water quality and the cause of pollution in Qianjiang River, this paper puts forward three steps to control water pollution through emergency treatment, water quality improvement and establish long-term mechanism, providing a scientific basis for effective improvement of the water environment of Qianjiang River.
