| Abstract: | Focused on systematic views,economic views,values,production views and consumption views of circular economy,combining basic principle of industrial economics and regional economics,this paper made an analysis on the three largest economic models and traditional industrial economies in the world.Aiming at present problems of China’s circular economy,this paper discussed about the construction of circular economy in perspectives of enterprise internal circulation,inter-industry circulation and whole cycle of the society,and put forward some suggestions in social basis,guarantee policy,system safeguard,technology development and different economic situation coordination. |
