| 摘 要： | 通过小时、日均污染物浓度预测多种现行方法的分析比较,对保证率法进行了技术改进,100%保证率法才能够满足当前环境空气质量标准和环评导则的相关要求。在此基础上开发“环境空气影响评价保证率法浓度预测系统”,建立了一套准确、系统的实用技术方案。

| Abstract: | It is compared several methods of hourly and daily average concentration forecast in common use and assuring-probability method is also modified.It is 100% assuring-probability method that meets pertinent requirements of current ambient air quality standard and technical guidelines for environment impact assessment.Based on this method,a system of ambient air impact assessment assuring-probability method concentration forecast is developed and a set of precise, systematical and applied technical project is built up. |
