ZDMC絮凝剂工业应用研究

摘    要:叙述采用两种复合配方分阶段在炼油厂净化水车间一级浮选池进行工业应用试验,并与车间现用絮凝剂PAFC进行对比,试验结果表明:PAFC20+ZDMC5的除油效果与PAFC的相当,浮渣产生量比PAFC减少26%,药剂费用低,药剂用量少,值得推广应用。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the practical application of two complex agents with different dosages at different times, compared with the PAFC that is used currently in the first - stage flotation tank. The comparison results show that the oil removal efficiency of the combination of PAFC20 + ZDMC5, in which the adding amount of PAFC, ZDMC is 20mg/L and 5mg/L respectively, is the same as that of PAFC. The tendency of sediment by using this combination is 26% less than by using PAFC. Its lower adding amount and cost reduction make it applicable.
