Abstract:In order to improve the technical level of organic pollutant Naproxen(NAP)treatment by ZVI/PS system with zero-valent iron(ZVI)activated persulfate(PS),that is,to achieve the effective degradation of NAP in wastewater.In this study,a comparative test was conducted to observe the degradation amount of NAP under different pH conditions by setting different dosage of PS and ZVI.The results showed that under acidic conditions,when the dosage of PS was 0.5 mm or ZVI was 1.50 mm,the degradation rate of NAP increased significantly,and the concentration of NAP decreased exponentially;when the experimental time was about 15 min,the concentration of NAP approached 0.This fully proves that ZVI/PS system has a large number of oxidative degradation active substances,which can effectively degrade NAP in wastewater.The research results of this paper provide theoretical and technical support for the removal of NAP in ZVI/PS system.
