Impact of Overall Exploitation Plan of Mineral Resources on Bearing Capacity of Resource/Environment in Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan Province

In this paper,according to the connotation of resources/environmental bearing capacity in mining area,the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） was adopted to calculate and obtain the integrated indexes of resource/environment bearing capacity for status of three phases,i.e.,present,near future and future in the overall exploitation plan of mineral resources in Ganzi Prefecture,Sichuan Province.It provided technical support and scientific basis for the environmental impact assessment（EIA） of programming the exploitation of mineral resource.Additionally it provided valuable references for environment protection during the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan Province.
