Abstract:A rapid method for the determination of trace atrazine in soil was established by high performance liquid chromatography.The optimized conditions were as follows:use C18 column,methanol-water(70∶30,v/v)as the mobile phase,flow rate is 0.2 ml/min,column temperature is 30℃,and detection wavelength is 220 nm.Under the optimized conditions,the calibration curve of atrazine was linear(r=0.9999)in the range of 12.5~1000μg/L with a detection limit of 0.18×10-3 mg/kg.The average spiked recoveries were between 69.0%to 94.8%with RSDs of 2.5%to 8.0%.The results indicated that the proposed method was easy to operate with little interference was well as high accuracy and stabilization,and was suitable for the determination of atrazine in soil.
