微波加热浸出废电路板中铁和锌的实验研究

摘    要:以硫酸为反应试剂,从经过粉碎、筛分后的废电路板粉末中浸出铁和锌。考察了硫酸浓度、微波功率和微波辐照时间工艺条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明,对于5 g金属物质,硫酸用量为50 mL,硫酸浓度为3 mol/L,微波功率为793 W,微波辐照时间为120 s时,铁和锌都有满意的浸出率,分别是74.4%和93.2%。

Abstract:Iron and zinc was extracted from waste circuit board powder with sulfuric acid as reagent.The influence of sulfuric acid concentration,microwave power and microwave irradiation time on extraction effect was studied.The experimental results showed that:when 5 g metals,50ml sulfuric acid,concentration of sulfuric acid 3 mol/L,microwave power 793w,and microwave irradiation time 120 s,iron and zinc leaching rate reaches 74.4% and 93.2 %,which is satisfying.
