| Abstract: | This article gives a detailed explanation on how to make a calibration curve, including the blank test, coefficient, intercept, slope, requirement of linear range, its influence factors, difference between the calibration curve and the working curve. It identifies the points of attention during the application of the calibration curve. For the quality control during the analysis, it records the range of the blank obsorption and standard curve slope of 21 regular analysis items, therefore providing a valuable reference |
