| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了城市餐饮泔水的来源、基本特征及目前主要处理技术方法,提出了餐饮泔水无害资源化新工艺。对提出的工艺中泔水离心脱水工序进行了试验研究,并得出最佳离心参数:时间5min、转速3200rmin。

| Abstract: | The resource,characteristics and disposal technologies of urban catering swills are introduced.The new resource recycling technique for the catering swills are presented and the working procedure of the centrifugal dewatering is studied.The optimal centrifugal parameters are confirmed as 5 minutes' centrifugal time and 3 200 r/min for rotation speed. |
