| Abstract: | This paper puts forward five counter measures to set up the mechanisms of the socialized investment in environmental infrastructure and commercial running shown as follows:strengthening the plan administration,setting up the mechanism of socialized investment,carrying out the commercial running in environmental protection installation, developing the joint stock enterprise in pollution prevention and control,strengthening the legal system and formulating the related policies. |
