| 摘 要： | 通过对哈密市40余家砖厂的调查和监测，分析了红砖生产对土地资源的破坏以及对大气环境造成的污染问题，就加强建设项目环境影响评价审批制度和排污申报登记、污染源监督监测工作，实行环境保护目标责任制，积极进行砖厂复坑复垦提出了必要的防治措施

| Abstract: | Throagh inrestigating and mornitoring more than 40 Brickfields in Hami City,analyzing the problem of red-brick production breaking land resources and causing pollution of atmosphere environment.The paper raise necessary,preventing and control measures for strengthening,examining and approving environmental influence evaluation of construction project and registering and reporting for discharging sewage,supervising and mornitoring work for polluting resources,carrying out the responsibility system for environmental protection,actively putting on pit and re-reclaiming in brickfield. |
