长江三角洲地区经济可持续发展问题初探

长江三角洲地区是我国重要的经济核心区。改革开放以来，尤其是浦东开发开放以来，该地区保持着高于全国平均发展水平的速度快速发展，对全国经济起到了强有力的拉动作用。21世纪将面临全球经济一体化及产业国际转移的时机，该地区也面临着新的发展机遇与挑战：一方面，地区综合竞争力不断增强，城市化水平日益提高，外商来此投资的热潮不减，区域间的交流与合作不断增多；但另一方面，企业自主创新能力不高，能源缺乏，交通紧张，生态环境受到严重破坏等问题也日益显著，影响着地区经济发展的可持续性。从长江三角洲地区经济发展面临的主要问题入手，从协调社会、经济、环境之间的关系角度，探讨了解决问题的途径。

PROBLEMS IN THE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE YANGTZE RIVER DELTA

Yangtze River Delta is the important economic centre area in China.This area has kept high development speed and had an important role in promoting the whole nation's economic development since the reform and opening-up,especially after the opening-up in Pudong.In 21th century,the area will face the new development opportunities and problems in the process of economic globalization and international industrial shift.On one hand,the regional competitiveness is continuously strengthening,urbanization level is advancing,foreign investment is surging and cooperation activities among cities are increasing.On the other hand,there are still several serious problems,such as lower competitiveness of enterprises,lack of energy sources,constrain of transportation and degeneration of ecological environment.All of these will influence the economic sustainable development in the Yangtze River Delta.The purpose of the paper is to probe into ways,to harmonize relations among economic,ecological and social development.
