| 摘 要： | 本文从循环经济的原则出发，根据国际实践以及中国实行循环经济的实际情况，提出了企业实现循环经济发展的四种战略：清洁生产和全过程污染控制战略、企业生产者责任延伸战略、产业链拓展战略和废弃物综合利用战略，为企业进行循环经济建设提供一定的指导和参考作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the principles of Circular Economy, practices over the world and the situation in China, this paper proposed four strategies for guiding enterprises to develop circular economy. These four strategies are cleaner production and life-cycle pollution control, Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR), strategy of extending industrial chain and strategy of using wastes comprehensively. |
