摘    要:在污泥浓度为9 915 mg/L时,选取超声频率、超声声强和超声时间3个因素设计正交实验,以污泥破解度(DDSCOD)、污泥好氧率(SOUR)和脱氢酶(DHA)活性作为指标,对超声波预处理的工况进行了优化。研究结果表明,最佳的超声预处理参数组合为:超声频率28 kHz,声能密度0.15 W/mL,超声时间10 min。此外,研究还发现不同浓度的污泥,对应的最佳超声组合参数也不同。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to optimize the ultrasonic conditions for sludge pretreatment at a concentration of 9 915 mg/L. In this study, the ultrasonic pretreatment parameters such as ultrasonic frequency, intensity, and treatment time were evaluated through orthogonal experiments based on DDSCOD, SOUR and DHA. The results indicated that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic pretreatment were as follows: ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz, ultrasonic intensity of 0.15 W/mL, and ultrasonic treatment time of 10 min.It was found that different sludge concentrations corresponded to different optimal ultrasonic pretreatment conditions.
