| 摘 要： | 从区域水环境管理的要求出发，对利用ArcGIS Engine开发的排污口管理与水质预测信息系统的开发过程进行介绍。简要介绍了该系统的目标、组成和主要功能，并从数据库建立、数据管理子系统、排污口管理子系统、水质预测子系统功能实现等方面对系统实现做了较为详细的阐述。

| Abstract: | The sewage outlet management and water quality prediction information system is based on ArcGIS Engine. This article, which begins from the claim of regional water environment management, introduces the development process of the system. In this paper, the aim,structure and main function of the system is introduced briefly and the system realization is expatiated from the foundation of the database and the implement of the functions of the data management subsystem,the sewage outlet management subsystem and the forecast of water quality subsystem. |
