| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the construction status of China's small hydropower,the problems of the development and utilization of small hydropower are analyzed.Also the policies and statutes,closely relating to small hydropower,are listed and analyzed.Finally the suggestions of the harmonious development between ecology and environment in the construction of small hydropower are put forward. |
