| 摘 要： | 以序批式生化反应器（SBR）作为高浓度化工废水的中心处理单元，采用中和预处理-SBR生化处理-沉淀过滤后处理的工艺流程，对废水进行了实验研究，用正交试验法获得了一组SBR反应器的运行参数，通过近2a的现场运行表明，该工艺结构紧凑、操作简单、运行稳定，具有良好的除COD和脱氮效果。

| Abstract: | Taking the sequencing batch reactor (SBR) as central unit, the wastewater with high concentrations of chemical industrial wastewater was disposed by the process of adjust-ment-SBR-sedimentation. The time parameters for the SBR were worked out in laboratory and used in practice. The experience of about two years running showed that the process was very efficient in removing COD and nitrogen. |
