摘    要:以种植汕优63和明恢63的稻田土为研究对象,探讨外源元机砷As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)]对两种稻田土壤中微生物活性的影响。结果表明,无机砷处理后两种稻田土壤的微生物量碳,微生物呼吸强度,细菌、真菌和放线菌数量以及土壤脲酶、蛋白酶和蔗糖酶活性均随着砷浓度的增加而下降。同时发现,两种稻田土中各相关指标在无机砷处理下变化趋势一致。两种价态砷比较,以3价砷对稻田土壤微生物活性的影响较为显著。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of inorganic arsenic on microbial activity of paddy soil,the As(III)and As(V) were added to the paddy soil which cultured two rice accessions(Minghui63 and Shanyou63).The correlative indexes with microbial activity were detected.The results indicated that the soil microbial biomass C,microbial respiration,the numbers of bacterias,fungis,actinomyces,and the activity of soil enzymes(Urease,Protease,and Sucrase)were decreased significantly as the concentration of arsenic increase...
