我国珍贵树木保护中若干法律问题的思考

保护珍贵树木具有十分重要的意义,本文从立法、司法的角度,归纳了当前我国保护珍贵树木的法律制度及相关的法律责任,对于进一步完善与珍贵树木保护相关的法律规定提出了自己的设想.

Pondering of some Law Problems about Protection of Rare Tree Species in China

Rare tree species are valuable in many respects.To protect them is of great significance for preservation of the variety of living things and promotion of the sustainable development of economic society.At present,a series of administrative permits legislations have been designed in the law system for the protection of rare tree species.As adequate emphasis has been laid on the protection of rare tree resources,there exists objectively the neglect of relative rights and benefits of the owners or managers.This article gives thoughtful consideration to some law problems regarding further improvement of the protection of rare tree species from the angle of law system.
