摘    要:研究了中国固体废物环境监测分析方法标准的发展历程及现状。通过分析现行固体废物环境监测分析方法标准现状与需求,发现中国固体废物环境监测分析方法标准存在不能完全满足现行固体废物污染控制标准和危险废物鉴别标准的测定需求,部分标准规范性有待提高,标准基础研究较为薄弱,同一污染物项目不同方法标准之间的可比性研究有待加强等诸多问题。针对存在的问题,建议从加快标准制修订,加强基础科研和顶层设计,加大可比性研究等方面完善中国固体废物环境监测分析方法标准,以期推动中国固体废物环境监测分析方法标准体系的建设与发展。

Abstract:This article studied the development history and current status of environmental monitoring method standards of solid waste in China. Based on the analysis of the current status and requirement, it was found that there were many problems about environmental monitoring method standards of solid waste in China,such as the determination requirements of the present standards for pollution control for solid wastes and identification standards for hazardous wastes could not be fully met, some standards needed to be improved in standardization, basic research on standards was relatively weak, and comparability research between different method standards for the same pollutants needed to be strengthened. In view of the existing problems, it is suggested that environmental monitoring method standards of solid waste in China should be improved by speeding up the development and revision of standards, strengthening basic scientific research and top-level design, and increasing comparability research, so as to promote the construction and development of environmental monitoring method standards of solid waste in China.
