| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing individuality, the author researches the individualities of undergraduates in order to provide useful guidance to their seeking employment. It helps undergraduates know about themselves, change their job conceptions and program their vocational careers. The aim is to assist the undergraduates obtain employments that fit themselves when they graduate. |
