| Abstract: | It is described that the program flow and the function of each module of the emergency response and command system based on GIS to environmental pollution accident.It is bound to have important social consequences to reduce the occurrence of environmental pollution accident and the social and environment hazards caused by the accident and to raise the capabilities to handle emergencies. |
