摩托车厂乳化油废水处理工艺设计

摘    要:乳化油废水一般采用破乳-混凝-气浮来处理,但一级气浮出水水质很难达到三级排放标准,二级气浮成本太高.此工艺设计中,充分利用乳化油废水水量少,生活污水生化性能好的特点,把一级气浮的出水和生活污水混合,经生物接触氧化法处理,出水CODCr≤30mg/l,SS≤25mg/l.

Abstract:Emulsified oil wastewater is generally treated by the process of demulsification and coagulation and floatation.Normally the water quality is hard to meet the standard for the third class discharge standard with the primary floatation treatment,while the secondary floatation treatment is too costly. In this technical design,taking the advantage of the trait that the wastewater yield of the emulsified oil wastewater is little and the biochemical peculiarity of domestic sewage is good,mixing the water by primary floatation treatment with domestic sewage and treating with biological contact oxidation process are applied.The concentrations of COD and SS from the treatment process are less than 30 mg/l and 25mg/l respectively.
