| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北省再生资源回收利用现状进行实地和问卷调查,描述了湖北省再生资源回收利用现状;分析存在的问题及成因;并提出了相应的改进措施与建议,促进再生资源行业的快速健康发展;为湖北省建设节约型社会加快发展循环经济提供依据。

| Abstract: | With the on-the-spot and questionnaire survey in Hubei province,the current situation of the regenerated resources' recycling was investigated.This paper opened out the actuality of renewable resources' recycling in Hubei province,analyzed the existent problems and the causes of formation,and put forward the corresponding improved measures and suggestions,which would not only promote the fast and healthy development of the regenerated resource business,but also offer a gist to quicken the development of the circular economy during the construction of a saving society in Hubei province |
