10万t/a水泥立窑含尘废气湿法净化的工程体会

水泥机立窑普遍应用于中小型企业 ,其排放的含尘废气造成严重的大气污染。实践证明喷雾湿法除尘是净化尾气的有效措施 ,可以达到高效除尘的目的 ,并能同时除去其他有害气体。在此论述了在湿法除尘过程中遇到的几个关键问题 ,如水的雾化、设备腐蚀与结垢、废水处理以及系统控制 ,提出了具体处理方法 ,使水泥机立窑喷雾湿法除尘的工艺更加完善 ,有利于该技术进一步推广应用。

EXPERIENCE IN REMOVING DUST IN WASTE GAS FROM CEMENT SHAFT KILN WITH WET PURIFICATION

Shaft kilns of cement have been commonly used in medium and small enterprises,whose large quantity of waste gas pollutes the air.Spary wet dedusting is an effective measure to purify tail-gases,and other toxic gases (SO 2 and HF) can also be removed,which was proved by experiment.This paper discussed several key questions,such as spraying water,corrosion and scaling of equipment,treating waste water,controlling of whole system in the way of water mist to clean exhaust,and gives specific treating methods.The process that removes dust with mist in cement kiln is more prefect and favorable for futher popularizing this process.
