Analysis and Suggestion on National Emission Standards of Air Pollutants

A systematic analysis of national emssion standard system of air pollutants in China has been conducted, listed the progress which has been obtained, and pointed out insufficient rationality and effectiveness, proposed the categories of sectors and technological processes, set up different standard value; to establish the standards of both, numerical value limitation and technical confinement; to classify major and general pollution sources; to clearly define the basic terms and definitions, and establish a high efficient implementation system.
