| 摘 要： | "十一五"期间中国提出了主要污染物总量减排,污染减排成为中国"十一五"环境保护的重中之重。本文结合国家战略需求,研究了四川经济社会发展和环境保护工作的耦合关系。分析认为,四川省环境容量较为充裕,但产业发展水平较低,本文由此提出产业发展和环境保护的建议。

| Abstract: | Reducing emission of total amount of major pollutants has been propounding in China since the Eleventh Five-year Plan,which was the top priority of environmental protection during the period.Considering the requirement of the national strategies,in this paper,the coupled relation between the economic-social development and environmental protection in Sichuan Province is studied.Analysis shows that Sichuan Province has a big environmental capacity,but the level of industrial development is poor.Suggestions f... |
