| 摘 要： | 分析了海洋溢油波谱特征的测试结果，提出遥感监 煤油、轻柴油、润滑油、重柴油和原油等最佳波段。并利用ＮＯＡＡ－ＡＶＨＲＲ和ＴＭ资料，对几次海上溢油事故的油膜图象进行处理和解译，得到了较为清晰的溢油图象，并与事故现场调查结果吻合。

| Abstract: | The results of surveying spectral characteristics of the oil films at sea were studied and proposition of the best frequency for detection kerosene,diesel oil,lubricant oil,fuel oil and crude oil was made by remote sensing.Using the data from NOAA- AVHRR and TM,the images of oil spilled in several marine accidents have been processed and identified,and the place and area of oil spilled in obtaining imagines are the same as investigation in the scence of acidents. |
