摘    要:环境试样中用胺磷,乐果及甲基对硫磷等有机磷农残用FPD,NPD及ECD检测可准确定性,用甲醇水溶液萃取固体试样及直接进水样技术既简化了预处理步骤,又有足够的精确度,甲醇/水溶液萃取土壤样品的加标回收率在93%-98%范围内,3种检测器对水样中乐果的检测限(mg/L)分别为0.05(FPD),0.001(NPD)及0.002(ECD)。

Abstract:etection of methamidophos,dimethoate and Parathionmethyl pesticide residue by FPD,NPD and ECD can be accurately determined.'Extraction of solid sample into methanol aqueous solution solvent and direct aqueous so lution injection not only simplify pretreatment stePS but also with enough accuracy.Addition standard recovery rate of soil samples was in range of 93%-98%.The detection limits of dimethoate in water sample were 0. 05 mg/L for FPD,0.001 mg/L for NPD and 0.002 mg/Lfor ECD,respectively.
