| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the biosorption of heavy metals. The origin and category of the biosorbent, the method and reagent of pretreatment, fixation and desorption of the biosorbent were introduced. The factors which influence the properties of heavy metal adsorption were studied, and the mechanism of bioaccumulation and adsorption was discussed. |
