| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristics of disaster in our times are analyzed systematically.The history and current situation of disaster study and disaster science are reviewed,and the tendedcy is forecasted.The basic concepts and structure of disaster science are discussed. Finally,some suggestions about disaster study and disaster science are presented. |
