峨眉山森林蔬菜资源及其评价

摘    要:根据调查,峨嵋山森林蔬菜资源分布广泛,共有219种,分属68科119属,估算鲜菜资源量达5000t,其中可开发量占30%.评价了峨嵋山森林蔬菜资源的种类、分布、特色、营养价值、经济价值、医疗保健功能等,并对其采集、贮存、加工和开发利用进行了探讨.

Abstract:According to the investigation , the forest vegetables was widely distributed in Emai Mountain, of which there were 219 species, 68 families, 119 genus. The capacity of fresh vegetabe were 5000t in Emei Mountain which the exploitable capacity was 30% . The authors appraised the species, distributions, distinguishing feature, nutritive value, economic value, the functions of medical treatment and health protection, as well as probed into the collection,strage, process and utilization.
