生态城市--现代化城市的发展目标

Eco-city-Target for Development of Modernized Metropolis

Discussion on recognition and practice of the tar-get of construching eco-city in Shanghai from the following aspects: theory, planning, envionmental pro-tection, industry and agriculture were presented. Through analysis of such a vast metropolis, Shanghai which possesses the characteristics and development stages, to expound that the core of constructing eco-city is to establish a well mechahism of sustainable develpment, taking planning as a lead, and putting eco-city con-ception into every field of development planning. Dur-ing construction, taking "3-year action planning"as carrier, enhancing eco-corstruction and eco-protec-tion, meanwhile, developing industrial eco-garden quarter and eco-agricultural construction, and runing to the development model of circulating economy gradually.
