Abstract:Oil smoke from restaurants pollutes the air and affects the human health. Therefore, a great attention should be paid to it. There are three main kinds of techniques and equipment for controling oil smoke: static electricity, filtration and washing. We should improve the techniques and equipment, and innovate new ones in order to make the discharge of oil smoke meet the national discharge standard as soon as possible.
