摘 要: | 为使某线路板厂含镍废水达标排放,模拟该厂含镍废水处理工艺条件,采用硫化钠和硫酸亚铁相结合的化学沉淀法进行小试,通过正交实验确定最佳药剂投加量。结果表明:处理该含镍废水的最佳操作条件是pH=2,FeSO4.7H2 O投加量为1.29 g/L,Na2 S的投加量为0.52 g/L,LIME的投加量为1.12 g/L,PAM...

REMOVING NICKEL FROM ELECTROPLATING WASTEWATER BY CHEMICAL PRECIPITATION |

Abstract: | The research aims to seek the optimum operating conditions of treating nickel wastewater from a printed circuit board plant by orthogonal test.The results show that the removal rate of nickel in the wastewater can be higher than 99% when pH value is at 2;concentration of FeSO4·7H2O is at 1.29g/L;concentration of Na2S is at 0.52 g/L;concentration of LIME is at 1.12 g/L,and concentration of PAM is at 0.02 g/L.When these optimum operating conditions are applied to actual project,the removal rate of nickel can also reach 98.9%,higher than the original 95.1%,and the content of nickel in effluent is lower than 0.5 mg/L. |
