机场航空噪声预测及方法改进

摘    要:机场噪声预测是机场周围地区进行土地使用规划并确定机场新建或扩建可行性的重要依据。根据《机场周围飞机噪声环境标准(GB9660-88)》,以计权等效连续感觉噪声级LWECPN作为机场噪声评价量。本文针对以计权等效连续感觉噪声级LWECPN作为机场噪声评价参数的不足,提出采用最大噪声级LMAX和航空噪声对不同人群组成的影响对计权等效连续感觉噪声级LWECPN进行修正,并提出完善的机场噪声评价程序。

Abstract:Aircraft noise prediction is an important basis of land use programming and the feasibity of new-built and extened-built airport in the vicinity of an airport.According to the standard of aircraft noise environment around Airport(GB9660-88),LWECPN(Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level) is selected as noise metrics.In this paper,aiming at disadvantages of LWECPN as an assessment parameter of the airport noise,the amendment to LWECPN by using LMAX and aircraft noise' influence on different group,and proposed the method to improve airport noise evaluation.
