| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省机动车污染防治现状进行分析，论述了河北省机动车防治存在黄标车淘汰难、环保检验和环保标志核发工作滞后、新能源机动车所占比例低等问题。进一步提出了严把年检关、提高机动车污染排放成本、运用先进的实时监测技术、建立机动车管理综合平台、大力发展公共交通等防治措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current situation of motor vehicle pollution prevention in Hebei province, and discussed the problems in vehicle pollution control, for example the difficulty in knocking Yellow Label Car out, the lagging of environmental protection inspection and issuance of environmental protection sign, low proportion of new energy vehicles. It further put forward the prevention and control measures that guaranteeing inspection of yearly check, applying advanced real-time monitoring technology, setting up a comprehensive management platform of motor vehicle, and so on. |
