污泥处理与处置是使污泥减量化、稳定化、无害化与资源化的方法,有效的污泥处置方法必须兼顾到环境生态效益、社会效益和经济效益的协调.国内外污泥处置技术的研究和实践表明,污泥填埋技术的应用将明显下降,而污泥的资源化利用是未来发展趋势.污泥的土地利用技术、污泥焚烧与低温热解等热能利用技术将优先发展,污泥土地利用无疑是污泥资源化处置最合理的方式.

Retrospection and Prospect on Sludge Disposal in China

Sludge disposal and treatment makes it decrease in quantity, stabilizing, harmless and useful and effective disposal ways must consider the coordination of environment - ecological, social and economic benefits. The research and practice at home and abroad shows that the application of sludge landfill technology, will be reduced obviously and the integrated application of the sludge will become a developing tendency in the future, such as sludge land application, sludge incineration and low temperature pyrolysis, and so on, of which sludge land application will no doubt be the most reasonable method.
